A. Overview
The
face mask gas exchange pressure difference detector is based on the standard
YY0469-2011: "surgical mask". The detector uses a pressure difference
sensor to test the pressure difference between the internal pressure and the
external pressure of the test sample. The detector is equipped with a specialized
fixture to achieve the air tightness. It is mainly used for the measurement of
the gas exchange pressure difference of surgical masks or mask fabrics, and can
also be used to determine the gas exchange pressure difference of other textile
materials.
B. Testing Principles:
A
vacuum pump is implemented to imitate the power source of the testing. Using
fixtures to test the internal and external pressure of face masks by a built-in
sensor. The all-in-one chassis adopts a built-in vacuum pump and digital
display meter to achieve automatic pressure detection and display.
